Account and sync
Collect as a guest, keep everything when you sign in, and connect each extension to one account.
Guest mode (“On this browser”)
Both Maps editions work without an account. Sessions, All businesses and local projects are stored on this browser only. Emails discovered while a guest are counted but hidden until you sign in.
Signing in
Press Sign in in the panel. A ProspectChief tab opens on the app host. After you sign in and confirm the connection, the extension receives a one-time code, exchanges it for its own token, and the panel shows your account. Local data is kept; saving moves it to your account.
One account, several extensions
- The Google and Bing Maps editions share one Maps entitlement, one business table and one set of projects.
- Email Extractor connects to the same account with its own Email Extractor plan.
- Each product has its own device limit (shown in Settings → Devices). Signing out of the app revokes the device for the FreeEmailExtractor extension and the Maps editions on that browser.
Projects
All businesses receives every save by default. Projects are optional — 3 on Free, 100 on Pro. If you have not created or selected a project, Save goes to All businesses.
Switching accounts
Data is isolated per account. Signing out in the panel clears the account token on this browser; local guest data stays.
