Refund Policy
Refund rules for Pro subscriptions and verification credits.
Status: candidate text pending owner confirmation; the periods and conditions below are not in force until published and reflected in billing and support.
Subscriptions
- Cancel any time from Plan & billing; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charges are made.
- A first-time Pro purchase may be refunded in full if requested within 7 days and fewer than 20 emails were revealed or exported under the plan.
- Renewals are refundable within 7 days of the renewal charge if the plan was not used after renewal.
- Crypto paid-through purchases are final once the provider confirms payment, except where required by law.
Verification credits
- Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Credits consumed by valid, invalid or catch-all results are not refundable; excluded or invalid requests are never charged in the first place.
How to request
Email [email protected] from your account email with the payment date. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
