Terms of Use
The terms that will govern the ProspectChief website, the Maps Lead Finder extensions, the Email Extractor, the account application, Pro subscriptions and verification credits.
Status: candidate text pending owner publication. Until it is published, the FreeEmailExtractor.net terms govern the shared account application.
Service
ProspectChief provides browser extensions that collect business listings from map pages you are viewing, website contact enrichment, a shared account application with projects and exports, and a credit-based email verification product.
Independent product
ProspectChief is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google LLC or Microsoft Corporation. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the services you browse while using the extensions.
Your responsibilities
- Use collected information lawfully, including applicable anti-spam, privacy and data-protection laws, and honour opt-outs.
- Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, email locking, device limits, rate limits or platform protections.
- Do not redistribute the Google Maps Lead Finder package or present it as your own.

Accuracy
Business details reflect what the map platform showed at capture time. A discovered email is not a verified email; claimed status is Unknown unless definite evidence was observed. We do not guarantee that every business has a website, an email or a current listing.
Verification limitations
Mailbox verification returns valid, invalid, catch-all or unknown. Catch-all and unknown results mean the mailbox could not be confirmed individually. No result guarantees deliverability.
Subscriptions and credits
Maps Pro and Email Extractor Pro are separate subscriptions. One Maps Pro subscription covers both Maps editions. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Crypto payments, where enabled, buy a fixed paid-through period and do not renew. Verification credits are consumed per verified address under the published rules. See the refund policy.
Manually installed packages
The Google Maps Lead Finder is provided as a versioned ZIP with a published checksum. Install only from this website and only when the checksum matches. Manual packages do not update automatically.
Availability, warranties, liability
The service is provided “as is”. Platforms may change their pages at any time, which can interrupt collection. To the extent permitted by law we exclude warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after the posted date constitutes acceptance.
