Email reveals and exports
The rules below are the ones the software enforces — in the table, the drawer, the API and every export.
Maps Free
- Collection and website enrichment are included; discovered emails are counted for every business.
- Your account can reveal 20 distinct business emails in total (lifetime, account-wide). Revealed emails stay visible.
- All other emails are locked: hidden in the dashboard, the drawer, the extension panel, the API and exports. Locked emails cannot be obtained through forged flags, source metadata or browser storage.
- Guest mode never reveals emails; sign in to use your allowance.
Maps Pro
- Every discovered email is visible and exportable.
- Up to 100 projects, autosave, and the Google edition on the same subscription.
Export policy
- Business and email layouts, CSV or XLSX, from the extension panel or the dashboard.
- Locked emails are never written to a file. Free exports omit paid intelligence columns (Mail status, Provider, Provider family, MX) but keep provenance.
- Cells that start with
=,+,-or@are escaped against spreadsheet formula injection.
Export columns (business layout)
| Group | Columns |
|---|---|
| Identity | Business name, Category, Address, City, Region, Postal code, Country, Phone, Website URL, Website domain |
| Provenance | Source (Google Maps / Bing Maps), Source place ID, Found on URL, Capture date |
| Listing | Latitude, Longitude, Rating, Review count, Opening hours, Image URL |
| Contacts | Primary email, Email count, All emails, Email source URLs |
| Intelligence (Pro) | Mail status, Provider, Provider family, MX |
| Verification | Verification summary, Valid / Invalid / Catch-all / Unknown / Not verified counts |
| Enrichment | Enrichment status, Enrichment error |
| Profiles | Bing listing URL (Bing rows only), Facebook, Instagram, X / Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Yelp, Other review profiles, Other profiles |
| Platform (shared) | Claimed, Claimed source, Claimed checked at, Plus code, Review URL, Additional phones, Google Maps URL, Google Place ID, Google CID |
Columns a source does not publish stay empty so both editions share one schema — Google rows have no plus code, Bing rows have no Google identifiers. The Google Knowledge Graph ID is stored with the business when Google includes it but is not an export column yet. The Google and Bing editions never merge businesses by name, phone or domain.
Claimed values
Claimed and Unclaimed require strong evidence (listing claim badge or prompt, owner response, platform API). Everything else is Unknown, with the evidence and timestamp recorded beside it.
