What you will do

This walkthrough covers the first Email Extractor session: install the extension, read contacts from a page, and keep the results. The published video, when it is available above, follows that same webpage-extraction workflow. Extraction finds addresses that appear on the page. It does not check whether a mailbox can receive mail.

Install

  1. Open the Chrome Web Store listing and choose Add to Chrome. The listing keeps its own name and icon.
  2. Pin the extension so the button stays visible.
  3. Sign in from the extension when you want saved contacts and projects in your ProspectChief account. You can extract before you sign in.

Installation guide

Extract from the page you have open

  1. Open a page that shows contact details.
  2. Open Email Extractor and run the extract action.
  3. Review the emails, phone numbers, and social profiles it found on that page.
  4. Copy the list, export it, or save it.

Saving while you are signed in puts those contacts in the same dashboard as your Maps businesses. Guest results stay in this browser until you save them to an account.

Files and more than one page

You can also import CSV, XLSX, TXT, and HTML files, or run a list of URLs. Email Extractor Pro raises the bulk job limit to 2,500 URLs and includes unlimited monthly Autosave, with no monthly address quota. Verification credits stay separate from that plan.

Extraction is not verification

An address found on a page is not a confirmed mailbox. Domain Mail Intelligence describes how mail is routed for a domain and does not use credits. A mailbox check is a separate, credit-based step. Learn how email verification works.
